The support for this book has been Overwhelming, and almost entirely positive.
However, printing and shipping has proven to be the most expensive part of the process for me. As a result, I have elected to take a different path; by publishing the finished product on Amazon, in both Kindle and Paperback format.
For the most part, the text is identical to what is available free on this blog; but now organized conveniently for your Kindle, or to fit lovingly on your bookshelf in Dead Tree form.
If you're new here, and haven't quite made up your mind yet; then please feel free to read as much of the book as you like, no charge. I hope you enjoy it.
